Stable Yard Rooms - In days gone by, The White Swan Inn was a traditional coaching house.

To the rear of the building was an old stabling barn that housed the horses of passing travellers.

We have lovingley refurbished this old barn to create some beautiful rooms for you to enjoy,

as well as creating a private yoga and combat studio. Bookable by request.

We currently offer these modern, boutique spaces on a room only basis.

We are in the process of renovating a café-bar & snug along with a mini spa...available as soon as its ready.

We’re just a stones-throw away from access to the A1 and A66 at Scotch Corner Designer Village, as well as being surrounded by lots of ​wonderful wedding venues. Such as Middelton Lodge, Yorkshire Wedding Barn and Gingerfields

These rooms could be a great choice whether you’re travelling or visiting for business,

catching up with loved ones or celebrating their special day nearby.

All of our rooms are perfect for short stays, sightseeing travellers or for the outdoor enthusiast and cyclist!

We welcome muddy bikes, trainers and boots. So perfect if you are exploring the Wainwright coast to coast walk.

Our new bike store permits secure storage and the boot room provides drying facilities.

We've a very good bike wash and drying rack too, if you prefer the mud over the tarmac.

In addition, we have a private yoga & combat studio and are currently creating a mini spa for our guests.

This little mindfulness room is fully kitted out with functional training equipment and a tranquil vibe.

The perfect place to blow off some steam, stretch or relax. Bookable on request.

Each loft space includes free Wi-Fi, Internet TV, Fridge, En-Suite and Drinks facilities.

The rooms are all on the first floor accessible up a small external staircase.

One room is a family room that has a lounge area that doubles up as a second bed with a pull out sofa bed.

Please note this room is not guaranteed unless you have booked for more than two guests.

We are also able to offer self check-in options as well as the opportunity to check in early where possible.
